Founders Associate, B2B – Legal EdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founder overseeing the B2B sector that caters to law firms and universities.

• Organize sales meetings by conducting research, creating pitch decks, and managing follow-ups.

• Represent Jurafuchs at various events, engage in discussions with partners, and maintain a presence on LinkedIn.

• Develop new product areas such as legal recruiting and continuing education—from the initial concept through the MVP to securing the first paying customer.

• Structure, prioritize, and execute strategic projects effectively.

• Connect the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

• Make prompt, well-informed decisions.

• Assist the founder in order to enable them to concentrate on their primary responsibilities.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team.

• Gradually assume independent ownership of a product area you helped to create.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed law degree or LLB/LLM is required.

• Several years of experience in strategy, consulting, a chief-of-staff position or a similar role, within a law firm, or in a startup environment.

• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills—both in writing and verbally, as well as in public speaking.

• Comfort and confidence when engaging with partners and decision-makers.

• Strategic and commercial mindset paired with a strong focus on execution.

• Ability to independently create pitch decks.

• Experience with—or a methodology based on—hypotheses and experimentation.

• Capacity to manage ambiguity and develop structure.

• Openness to providing direct feedback and being swayed by the most compelling argument.
