Chief of Staff, AI / Head of Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Rypples’ AI-driven operating system and design, implement, and oversee agents across sourcing, diligence, investor relations, and finance.

• Identify and onboard operational partners, including board-level associates and cross-portfolio specialists.

• Equip operating partners with the necessary context, tools, and agents to assist portfolio companies.

• Oversee the Growth Readiness and Ocean Scalers programs, which includes design, cadence, participant selection, preparation, follow-up, and documentation.

• Transform expertise and playbooks into RypplesOS, an operating system that evolves based on insights from board meetings, engagements, and sessions.

• Recognize constraints within portfolio companies and aid them in becoming AI-native.

• Facilitate the generation of shareholder reports and portfolio dashboards directly from the system.

• Establish Rypples as a proof of concept so the portfolio can learn from its operational model.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with a founder-CEO at a rapidly growing startup, or having independently developed a project.

• Capability to operate quickly and efficiently, delivering a functional version in days instead of a plan taking weeks.

• Extensive proficiency in AI technologies.

• Background in creating agents and workflows that have transformed team operations.

• Regular use of AI in daily tasks.

• Established credibility with CEOs, founder-operators, and senior-level professionals.

• Strong executive-level communication skills.

• Experience in managing programs that are highly valued by founders, with a robust cadence and follow-through.

• Motivated by a commitment to ocean- and planet-positive outcomes.
