Founder's Associate – Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Co-Founder & CEO Sebastian

• Engage in highly strategic initiatives and behind-the-scenes operations

• Build relationships with clients and investors

• Deliver pitches at various events

• Cultivate entrepreneurial skills through a diverse range of tasks

• Experiment with personal ideas and learn from failures

• Embrace individual responsibility and accountability

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial practical experience, such as in a startup, strategy consulting, or personal projects

• Business-related studies in the later stages of a Bachelor's degree or early Master's semester

• Proven experience in creating pitch decks

• Experience in conducting research and analyzing data

• Must be pragmatic, inquisitive, friendly, well-organized, and outgoing

• Preferred high degree of autonomy and meticulous attention to detail

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Proficiency in German is a plus

• Knowledge of French is desirable
