Chief of Staff – Commercial, Industrial & Public Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the executive team with daily operational and strategic tasks.

• Proactively facilitate forward-thinking management decisions.

• Oversee cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives, including the establishment of new partnerships and process scaling.

• Maintain effective communication between Management, Legal, Operations, Sales, Product, and external stakeholders.

• Track relevant performance KPIs.

• Create transparent reports to monitor company objectives.

• Ensure efficient approval processes.

• Develop well-grounded decision briefs.

• Assist with strategic HR and organizational projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of pertinent professional experience in management consulting, corporate development, venture capital, or a similar Chief of Staff or Operations role within a scale-up environment.

• Proven ability to lead without formal authority (influence leadership).

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.

• High levels of empathy, assertiveness, and exceptional facilitation abilities.

• Unwavering integrity and loyalty to the executive team.

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken, with strong negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent skills in prioritizing and making decisions when faced with complex issues.
