Founder's Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the founders.

• Propel strategic initiatives and transform concepts into actionable projects.

• Assist the founders with critical tasks that have a significant impact.

• Oversee internal projects from their initial idea to final execution.

• Aid in the management and enhancement of the sales and marketing framework, encompassing HubSpot, webinar flows, and reporting.

• Monitor and implement strategic initiatives.

• Prepare pitches, tenders, and audits.

• Contribute to recruitment efforts and team development.

• Generate and implement content strategies, including for LinkedIn, webinars, and podcasts.

• Oversee the content pipeline across all platforms.

• Exceptional project management capabilities.

• Proficient, polished German and competent English; Swiss German is an advantage.

• Confidence in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong digital affinity and quick learning ability.

• Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, or automation tools is a plus.

• Background in an agency, startup, or consulting environment is advantageous.
