Forward Deployed Engineer – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, which includes technical setup, KPI planning, and support during rollout.

• Partner with customers to create use cases that tackle healthcare business challenges and yield measurable outcomes.

• Conduct user training, facilitate enablement sessions, and produce documentation.

• Advocate for customer feedback internally and convert insights into product enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

• Spot and address potential issues, assist with renewals, and identify opportunities for account expansion.

• Act as the implementation lead, use-case architect, technical translator, and customer advocate.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in healthcare technology, technical account management, or implementation.

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, including work with payers, providers, and revenue cycle management.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the ability to explain them effectively.

• Experience with APIs, ETL, SQL, FHIR, and HL7 data integrations.

• Demonstrated capability to create engaging materials and present to Senior/C-suite stakeholders.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience in SaaS or AI environments is advantageous.

• Background in implementing AI or automation initiatives with measurable outcomes is a plus.

• Competence in managing challenging customer interactions and diplomatically pushing back when needed.

• Ability to convert customer feedback into clear product feature requests.
