This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Travel to customer locations, ranges, exercises, and operational settings to prepare, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain UFORCE systems.
• Oversee technical readiness for significant exercises, red-team activities, and customer contracts, including pre-shipping, arrival, pre-mission, and go/no-go checkpoints.
• Take charge of field incident responses: identify issues, create minimal reproductions, document evidence, coordinate solutions, and drive closure on root causes.
• Develop deployment evidence packages, comprising configuration baselines, network diagrams, spectrum/safety approvals, software versions, test results, and logs.
• Design and maintain standardized deployment kits, spare packages, images, configurations, scripts, and field playbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transform field failures and operator feedback into validated improvements in software, autonomy, hardware, network, payload, and processes.
• Sustain customer and internal operating rhythms through status updates, risk assessments, decision logs, after-action reviews (AARs), and action-item closures.
• Assist in training operators, maintainers, and internal teams to enhance the repeatability of deployments over time.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance or be credibly eligible for it.
• Must be willing to deploy to support exercises, red-team events, demonstrations, and customer operations.
• Comfortable working hands-on in challenging environments, such as shipboard, range, remote, or irregular hours.
• Extensive hands-on experience in at least one relevant technical area: systems engineering, network engineering, autonomy, software, electronics, payload integration, or hardware.
• Experience with UAS and/or USV systems, or closely related fields in deployed robotics, autonomy, defense, maritime, aerospace, or field-engineered systems.
• Strong instincts for field integration, including configuration baselines, build-to-deploy workflows, imaging, version control, automated checks, and release discipline.
• Practical networking knowledge, covering IP planning, routing/switching, RF/spectrum constraints, basics of secure communications, logging, and telemetry.
• Robust troubleshooting skills involving logs, packet captures, electrical debugging, scripting, automated checks, and disciplined test planning.
• Capable of operating in environments with access control, least privilege, auditability, and a sound security posture.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, operators, engineers, project managers, and executives, particularly under time constraints.
• High sense of ownership, strong judgment, and a preference for evidence-based execution over hero debugging.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
• Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
• Supportive work environment with flexible work arrangements.
