Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts from start to finish, including onboarding, fostering adoption, providing renewal support, and driving expansion.

• Act as the main technical and strategic liaison for each account.

• Engage in implementation kickoffs, collaborative sessions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and issue escalations.

• Serve as the product expert, addressing product inquiries in real-time.

• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve their issues.

• Review OAS files and facilitate CI/CD synchronization via the ReadMe CLI or API.

• Resolve issues related to custom JavaScript/CSS and authentication configurations.

• Develop prototypes of solutions before transferring them to the Engineering team.

• Utilize AI tools to create implementation strategies, assess account health, prioritize and summarize customer requests, prototype scripts, and automate repetitive tasks.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and growth, partnering with Sales to close deals.

• Represent customer interests internally and deliver organized product and bug feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.

• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as implementation timelines, NPS scores, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

• Provide consultation on roadmap positioning to enhance the enterprise experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical proficiency in interpreting an OpenAPI specification.

• Capability to work with customer HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication processes.

• Proficiency in using Git and command-line interfaces (CLI).

• Experience in crafting prompts, workflows, or small-scale AI automations.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must reside within the United States.

• Must not require visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
