Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to design, implement, and scale AI Operator solutions.

• Convert business requirements into technical architectures.

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources and workflows.

• Lead decisions on secure, scalable solution architecture for the MelodyArc platform.

• Configure and enhance Points, Point Sets, and AI Operators within production workflows.

• Deliver production-grade solutions that encompass data and system integration, AI Operator configuration, Portal experiences, and Recordability.

• Develop AI-driven automations with human-in-the-loop workflows as necessary.

• Immerse with customer teams to comprehend challenges and showcase measurable outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with Deployment Strategists, Sales, and Product teams from pre-sales through to production.

• Contribute to reusable accelerators, frameworks, and deployment patterns.

• Offer troubleshooting, optimization, strategic customer guidance, and product feedback.

• Influence the MelodyArc platform and product roadmap based on real-world use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software development, AI system design, or data/solutions engineering.

• Strong background in full-stack engineering.

• Proficient in TypeScript/NodeJS, Python, and SQL.

• Comfortable with backend, frontend, and systems integration.

• Ability to design, build, and deploy production-quality applications that integrate data pipelines, AI/ML, and user-facing interfaces.

• Practical experience in integrating AI APIs like Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini into real-world applications.

• Proven success in delivering technical solutions within enterprise settings that yield measurable outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with engineers and C-level executives alike.

• Must be based in the United States.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Preferred: Experience in deploying data or AI/ML products into production for named enterprise accounts.

• Preferred: Familiarity with workflow/orchestration engines, rules- and policy-driven execution, event-driven systems, or agent frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience in developing enterprise integrations, including APIs, webhooks, authentication/authorization, data synchronization, and auditability.

• Preferred: Domain knowledge in customer service operations, supply chain, or other high-volume business process operations.

• Preferred: Secure SDLC practices that align with SOC 2 Type II or similar frameworks.

• Preferred: Comfort with both managed and self-hosted enterprise infrastructure.

• Preferred: Background as a founder, early-team member, or experience with a top-tier consultancy.
