Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Customer-Facing Engineering – Collaborate closely with clients from onboarding through to ongoing usage, assisting them in integrating and optimizing our AI solutions.

• Technical Development – Create new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that significantly influence customer results.

• Full-Stack Development – Employ React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to construct robust applications and tools.

• AI/ML Applications – Design, develop, and refine AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription systems to enhance use cases.

• Integration & APIs – Oversee APIs and integrations with third-party systems to guarantee seamless functionality for clients.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide customized solutions.

• Iterative Problem-Solving – Continuously enhance and iterate AI solutions based on client feedback and changing requirements.

• Project Management – Prioritize and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js.

• Hands-on expertise in Python.

• Experience in developing AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.

• Proficiency in managing APIs and integrating with external systems.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
