Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for one or multiple customer accounts simultaneously

• Oversee customer processes from post-sale activities through deployment and beyond

• Collaborate closely with high-value customers to manage Brainbase deployments from initiation to completion

• Provide support to customers in the EMEA region

• Must be able to work from any location within Europe, the Middle East, or Africa

• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
