Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Integrate with key clients by becoming part of their team, systems, and data, taking ownership of work that they depend on daily.

• Implement BPX capabilities across marketing, content, CRM, and data directly within client platforms.

• Operate in rapid cycles, launching an initial release swiftly, learning from actual usage, and enhancing with each iteration.

• Incorporate evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and cost management into deployments from the outset.

• Recognize client requirements and engage the broader BPX team along with relevant specialists.

• Contribute patterns and reusable components back into BPX-OS for future projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess technical fluency across the front office stack, enabling direct deployment and configuration within client systems.

• Have hands-on experience with AI and agentic workflows in active client projects, utilized on a daily basis.

• Exhibit a knack for rapid deployment, comfortable with launching an initial version quickly and refining it transparently.

• Display client-facing confidence while collaborating directly with operators and executives, adapting as you discover what hinders them.

• Show commercial acumen to assess what is worthwhile for deployment and to decline tasks that will not yield returns.

• Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, transitioning from problem identification to live deployment without a predefined specification.
