Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Capability Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop full-stack features on AWS and Azure utilizing Claude and additional models.

• Collaborate with users and engage with the business daily to create effective solutions.

• Ensure quality through rigorous testing and evaluations for all delivered products.

• Follow design guidance from the Solution Architect and identify any design deficiencies.

• Operate within a business pod in conjunction with the Solution Architect and Engagement Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software or AI development.

• Proficiency in Python, and familiarity with AWS or Azure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Some experience with RAG and agents.

• Familiarity with Agentic DevOps tools (agentic coding tools, evaluation-driven pipelines).

• Must be FDE-ready from day 0 (Embedding L3 with AI L3).

• Front-end development skills are required.

• Experience in healthcare or higher education is a plus.

• AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102 certification is preferred.

• Must be comfortable collaborating with business personnel.
