Forward Deployed Engineer, AI – Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the specialized AI acceleration team to provide client-facing engagements powered by Agentforce.

• Collaborate with organizations assessing Agentforce in comparison to other AI frameworks through competitive bake-offs.

• Quickly develop functional proof-of-value prototypes.

• Design and showcase innovative demonstrations of agentic solutions.

• Take charge of technical design, ongoing adjustments, and direct interactions with customers.

• Swiftly create agentic solutions within client environments, which include subagents, deterministic guardrails, dynamic actions, and foundational data models.

• Facilitate regular technical client engagements and integrate real-time feedback.

• Link technical delivery to business metrics such as deflection, handle duration, operational costs, and user sentiment.

• Detect delivery bottlenecks, integration limitations, architectural constraints, and misalignments among stakeholders.

• Conduct real-time troubleshooting and optimization of dialogue flows, execution errors, and system logic challenges.

• Provide live interactive demonstrations of intricate Agentforce solutions.

• Transform client implementation insights into reusable solution accelerators, demonstration materials, and internal knowledge repositories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience delivering technical solutions, consulting, or solution engineering in client-facing settings.

• Direct interaction with key stakeholders during crucial decision-making moments is essential.

• More than 2 years of hands-on experience with Agentforce, Service Cloud, or similar agentic AI architectures.

• Active Salesforce certifications, including Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, or System Administrator credentials.

• Capability to execute rapid prototyping and real-time troubleshooting.

• Proficient in analyzing Flows, Apex, or agent execution logs to identify root causes and resolve issues under pressure.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architectural principles, encompassing integration patterns, data models, and platform boundaries.

• Ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into impactful business outcomes at the executive level.

• Dedicated to utilizing modern AI tools, including platforms such as Claude.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with tight deadlines.
