Forward Deployed Agent – Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and product teams to identify complex challenges and convert requirements into agent workflows, tools, and data architectures.

• Create and develop agent workflows utilizing LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent frameworks such as ReAct and supervisor models.

• Design and execute end-to-end RAG pipelines using Copilot, integrating with vector databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector.

• Construct and enhance short-term and long-term memory systems, overseeing context management and continuity throughout agent interactions.

• Connect agents to enterprise systems through APIs, MCP, and platform connectors.

• Create business application agents with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, integrating them into Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Develop user-friendly AI experiences with a focus on product and UX design.

• Enhance agent performance concerning latency, cost, and accuracy; utilize observability and evaluation tools to assess and improve results.

• Articulate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with agent frameworks, particularly LangChain and LangGraph.

• Expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent systems and architectures.

• Experience in constructing RAG pipelines and engaging with vector databases.

• Strong skills in API integration and familiarity with enterprise systems.

• Proficient with observability and evaluation tools for AI systems.

• Exceptional communication abilities coupled with a product design mindset.

• Experience with Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.

• Knowledge of MCP and skills-based agent architectures is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude is preferred.

• Background in forward-deployed or solution engineering is preferred.

• A sense of curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn as roles and workflows develop.
