Forward Deployed Agent – Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and product teams to clarify complex challenges and convert requirements into agent workflows, tools, and data architectures.

• Create and develop agent workflows utilizing LangChain and LangGraph, incorporating multi-agent frameworks like ReAct and supervisor models.

• Design and execute comprehensive RAG pipelines using Copilot, integrating with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector.

• Construct and enhance short-term and long-term memory systems, overseeing context management and continuity in agent interactions.

• Connect agents to enterprise systems through APIs, MCP, and platform connectors.

• Build business application agents with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, ensuring integration with Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Create user-friendly AI experiences with a strong focus on product and UX design.

• Improve agent performance concerning latency, cost, and accuracy; utilize observability and evaluation tools to assess and enhance results.

• Articulate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with agent frameworks, particularly LangChain and LangGraph.

• Expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent systems and architectures.

• Background in building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.

• Strong skills in API integration and familiarity with enterprise systems.

• Experience with observability and evaluation tools for AI systems.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a keen sense of product design.

• Experience with Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.

• Familiarity with MCP and skills-based agent architectures is preferred.

• Background with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude is preferred.

• Experience in forward-deployed or solution engineering roles is preferred.

• A curious, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn as roles and workflows change.
