This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for new clients during the implementation phase and for current clients broadening their integration scope.
• Facilitate customer interactions from the initial kickoff through to go-live.
• Oversee comprehensive technical implementation procedures.
• Configure and map API connections with clients, ensuring real-time validation of setups via screen sharing.
• Track logs, dashboards, and tools like Postman to detect misconfigured or anomalous APIs.
• Resolve the majority of configuration and integration challenges independently without the need for engineering support.
• Create technical documentation that outlines root causes, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to engineering with thoroughly documented context.
• Convert customer inquiries and data requirements into technical tasks and configuration notes.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers and Clinical Support teams.
• Recognize recurring implementation challenges and propose methods to streamline, document, or automate processes.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ownership, and customer empathy during both implementation and ongoing expansion activities.
• Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or implementation position, focusing on API-driven applications.
• Comfortable engaging with customers’ technical teams live and resolving issues during video calls.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and HTTP status codes.
• Proficient in reading logs and API documentation to identify root causes and resolve configuration challenges without engineering assistance.
• Familiarity with data mapping, payload structures, or basic scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or SQL).
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Postman, or similar for troubleshooting and testing API interactions.
• Capable of explaining technical concepts and processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in documenting integration processes or creating customer-facing support materials, including workflows, process diagrams, and SOPs.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven curiosity and ability to quickly learn new systems, data flows, and integration logic.
• Strong customer-first mindset.
• Experience in SaaS or healthcare technology integrations is advantageous.
