Forward AI Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients, offering strategic insights and technical proficiency.

• Take ownership of the vision for AI operations deployment, developing comprehensive workflows and implementing them in production.

• Convert intricate business problems into actionable technical strategies.

• Quickly prototype AI solutions to showcase potential to clients.

• Develop production-quality AI solutions with extensive knowledge of AI tools, architecture, and deployment processes.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, proactively addressing issues and seeking assistance as needed.

• Create and implement LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and tailored data pipelines.

• Demonstrated experience in AI/ML deployment and systems engineering.

• Strong expertise in AI frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
