Form Builder – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Develop and modify custom forms utilizing the internal no-code form-building tool.

• Comprehend client form objectives and business needs, translating them into efficient configurations.

• Interact with clients via Zendesk to clarify specifications and offer assistance.

• Work in tandem with internal teams to grasp client requirements and platform functionalities.

• Align forms with existing platform fields.

• Engage in application testing and quality assurance processes.

• Offer training and support to end users in creating their own templates.

• Handle multiple simultaneous requests and adapt to changing priorities.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required.
