Forensic Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of final reports.

• Act as the main liaison for clients, which includes insurance carriers, attorneys, and property owners.

• Collaborate with expert investigators to facilitate prompt site inspections, analyses, and report finalization.

• Create budgets based on the project scope, required experts, and the geographical area of the inspection.

• Offer proactive and timely updates regarding project status to all stakeholders involved in the claims process.

• Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to guarantee adherence to timelines and financial plans.

• Keep precise and current project documentation in the job management system.

• Assess deliverables for completeness, precision, and compliance with client standards.

• Address issues as they arise and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve resolutions.

• Assist in the preparation of professional and defensible expert reports that clearly and effectively address technical queries.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within engineering, construction, insurance, or a related sector.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Superior written and oral communication skills.

• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
