Food Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Stock shelves and carry out tasks associated with the designated location.

• Prepare food and beverage items.

• Assist customers and support cashier duties.

• Log temperatures for time-sensitive food items and equipment.

• Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as FoodSafe/ServeSafe procedures.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Escalate customer issues to higher management when necessary.

• Report directly to the Account Manager.

• Represent Dexterra Signature Dining with integrity, ethics, and strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in foodservice within the hospitality sector.

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, "can do" attitude.

• Barista experience is an advantage.

• Previous cashier experience.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

• Adherence to necessary health and safety regulations and protocols.

• Compliance with FoodSafe and/or ServeSafe standards.
