This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +3 more states.
• Oversee technical projects in food manufacturing settings, with an emphasis on hygiene, cleaning, and optimizing production.
• Assist with Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) initiatives and pinpoint areas for enhancing operational efficiency, product quality, and food safety.
• Offer technical knowledge on cleaning and sanitation processes, including CIP systems, membrane filtration, and water treatment methods.
• Perform customer audits and recognize opportunities for process enhancements.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor for clients, sales teams, and Global Strategic Accounts.
• Provide customer training and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Resolve complex issues related to production, cleaning, and hygiene.
• Enhance value through optimization, sustainability projects, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the North Region to provide robust technical solutions for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Background in food manufacturing or the broader Food & Beverage industry.
• Familiarity with industrial hygiene, sanitation, or cleaning procedures in manufacturing settings.
• Experience with CIP systems, membrane filtration, and/or water treatment is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficiency in Scandinavian languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Residing in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or Finland.
• Willing to travel frequently throughout the North Region (60–80%).
• Technically credible and focused on customer needs.
• Comfortable interacting with production managers and senior stakeholders.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of managing oneself.
