Fleet Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete vehicle lifecycle, encompassing ordering, leasing, maintenance, insurance, and replacement.

• Build and maintain relationships with leasing firms, suppliers, dealerships, and service providers.

• Track fleet expenses, budgets, utilization, and performance key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with external partners.

• Ensure fleet compliance with legal, safety, insurance, and company standards.

• Manage fleet policies and assist employees with fleet-related queries.

• Identify opportunities to enhance cost efficiency, processes, and fleet performance.

• Support sustainability initiatives, including the electrification of the fleet.

• Prepare regular fleet reports and analyses.

• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet, mobility, automotive operations, procurement, or a similar field.

• In-depth knowledge of fleet operations, leasing, and vehicle lifecycle management.

• Experience in managing suppliers and contract negotiations.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Proficiency in German and/or French is highly advantageous.

• Competent Excel and reporting abilities.

• Familiarity with fleet management systems is a plus.
