This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the follow-up maintenance transaction lifecycle from initiation until the customer's unit is in the repair technician's custody.
• Ensure prompt and precise documentation and notation in all Cox Fleet systems for each customer interaction.
• Deliver outstanding customer service for both internal and external calls.
• Build a positive rapport with customers in a professional manner.
• Secure customer approval for necessary repairs and services.
• Actively reach out to customers to arrange preventative maintenance at regular intervals, fostering repeat business.
• Collaborate and maintain consistent communication with Field Operations to ensure the appropriate technicians are assigned to accounts.
• Motivate customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance, creating a steady flow of work for each technician supported.
• Continuously enhance and develop the company's capabilities in dispatching and service scheduling.
• Carry out additional responsibilities and special projects as required.
• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a relevant field; alternatively, any level of degree or certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline along with up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various functions, establish positive relationships, and become a trusted partner to relevant cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry tasks.
• Capability to learn new platforms such as Web Wrench, MobileFrame, and RO Writer.
• General knowledge of the trucking industry.
• Experience in fleet maintenance or other transportation roles in automotive/trucking is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with outstanding follow-through skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off each month.
