This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the maintenance transaction lifecycle from initiation to when the customer's unit is in the repair technician’s possession.
• Accurately and promptly document all interactions with customers in Cox Fleet systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service for both internal and external customer communications.
• Build and maintain positive rapport with customers in a professional manner.
• Secure customer consent for repairs and services.
• Actively reach out to customers to arrange preventive maintenance at regular intervals and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Field Operations to assign the appropriate technicians to accounts.
• Motivate customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance to ensure a steady workflow.
• Continuously enhance and develop the company's capabilities in dispatching and service scheduling.
• Undertake additional tasks and special projects as needed.
• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field; or any degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a relevant discipline with up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions, foster positive relationships, and establish trust with relevant cross-functional partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry.
• Capability to learn new platforms, such as Cox Fleet IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, and RO Writer.
• General knowledge of the trucking industry.
• Experience in fleet maintenance or related transportation experience in the automotive/trucking sector is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
