Fleet Business Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide support to Key Accounts (FBA) and customers in all commercial activities related to quotations and the management of commercial back-office operations in long-term rentals.

• Work in conjunction with FBA to assess customer quotation proposals and their profitability.

• Generate car quotes that assist in the formulation of the car policy.

• Aid sales initiatives in collaboration with the Direct Fleet team, focusing on customer satisfaction.

• Ensure efficient commercial back-office operations utilizing VWFS IT tools, adhering to deadlines and planning.

• Partner with Fleet International on international tenders and the management of international customers.

• Oversee RAC contracts and the quotation processes.

• Manage and coordinate VWL's involvement in Direct Fleet tenders for both existing and prospective clients, including national, international, and Public Administration customers.

• Handle VWL accreditation on customer tender portals.

• Evaluate tender specifications and coordinate with operational areas to gather information for customer responses.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on product specifications and any exceptions requested by customers.

• Work together with Legal on managing tender contracts and preparing necessary documentation.
