Fixed Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead a cohesive and adaptable team of Zone and District Managers by integrating parts and service functions.

• Act as a trusted advisor for zone and district parts and service managers.

• Foster revenue growth, meet KPIs, and implement CCA programs, initiatives, and related activities.

• Address and tackle zone and district needs, including PASI, RIM, Warranty, NPS, Retention, STS Training, EV Training, and Compliance.

• Develop and document action plans to navigate challenges faced by zones or districts.

• Ensure alignment with CAP goals and metrics.

• Provide support for training, coaching, process integration, tools development, performance analysis reports, and business planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in guiding and enhancing fixed or sales operations.

• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and strong business acumen, including parts, service operations, warranty administration, and customer experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

• Capability to legally operate a motor vehicle in accordance with the licensing requirements of the states in which work is performed.

• Experience in utilizing dealer performance and financial reporting tools to drive business insights and operational improvements (preferred).

• Strong consultative and relationship management skills (preferred).

• Results-driven professional with a proven track record of leading change and achieving business outcomes (preferred).

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills (preferred).

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills (preferred).

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment (preferred).

• Proven capacity to think strategically, adapt swiftly, and lead in remote or matrixed settings (preferred).

• Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

• Must reside in an approved city within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate within the timeline provided at the offer.

• Must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
