Fixed Annuity Associate Wholesaler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Drive the sales of Lincoln Financial Group’s offerings to financial professionals within Independent and Wires channels via wholesale and point-of-sale initiatives

• Establish and nurture business relationships with key sales clients to meet or surpass sales goals, quotas, targets, or objectives

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the processing of sold products from the time of sale until issuance

• Conduct visits to assigned firms and institutions

• Develop, manage, and sustain client relationships within the designated territory

• Formulate and implement strategies to select key partners and enhance sales effectiveness

• Create and execute sales plans aimed at increasing revenue and market share

• Maintain cooperative relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals

• Deliver presentations, share information, provide education, training, and guidance on company products and services

• Offer sales support tools and marketing ideas related to Lincoln products and services

• Utilize expense budgets to optimize sales opportunities and collaborate on proposals and marketing materials

• Adhere to LFD’s Culture of Compliance and follow established policies and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in wholesaling relevant to the outlined responsibilities

• FINRA Series SIE, 6, and 63 License required upon employment

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Must reside in the designated territory or posted location

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Capacity to adapt swiftly in a dynamic work environment
