First-Line Manager – German & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address all incoming inquiries within a timeframe of 5–7 minutes.

• Promptly return missed calls in accordance with our established contact protocol.

• Gather initial customer information by strictly adhering to the provided script.

• Engage with customers through written communication via WhatsApp and email.

• Accurately record deals in the CRM and manage the sales funnel efficiently.

• Conduct outbound calls for various purposes, including invitations to webinars, promotional information, and customer interviews.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German.

• Knowledge of Russian is considered a plus.

• Strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline.

• Capability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
