Finnish Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Engage with AI models in scenarios involving the Finnish language.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the logical consistency of responses.

• Document reproducible errors and analyze model failure patterns.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Evaluate advanced language models on aspects of Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, pragmatics, and other linguistic areas.

• Contribute to the enhancement of AI training data and improve model reasoning for Finnish language applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Finnish language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.

• Understanding of Finnish verb conjugation, case inflection, vowel harmony, sentence structure, formal and informal language, regional dialects, and the Finnish writing system.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills with the ability to articulate your thought process.

• A master’s degree or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Evidence of suitability through peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or participation in hands-on linguistic analysis projects.

• Must possess a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Geographic location, experience, and expertise will be considered for final compensation determination.
