Finnish Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the model regarding language scenarios.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the soundness of logic.

• Capture detailed traces of reproducible errors.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on topics related to the Finnish language.

• Document instances of model failure to strengthen reasoning capabilities.

• Assist in generating high-quality training data for AI language models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Finnish language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.

• In-depth knowledge of verb conjugation, case inflection, vowel harmony, sentence structure, formal and informal language, regional dialects, and the Finnish writing system.

• A Master's or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects indicates suitability.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, with a talent for "showing your work."

• The geographic location may influence the final compensation offer.
