Financial Solutions Registered Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver financial education regarding investment options and financial vehicles available to plan participants.

• Manage inbound calls while providing financial education.

• Respond to complex inquiries concerning investment and payment alternatives.

• Provide guidance on suitable tools and services.

• Clarify the implications of plan distributions, loans, investment selections, and specific plan regulations.

• Independently diagnose and research issues, developing effective solutions.

• Facilitate transactional support for plan participants.

• Concentrate guidance on both qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a FINRA Series 6 License.

• Ability to acquire the FINRA Series 63 License within six months of employment.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must have work authorization that does not currently, or in the future, require visa sponsorship within the United States.

• Proven experience in Defined Contribution, Mutual Fund, and College Savings Plans.

• Experience in customer service and/or financial services is required.

• Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Ability to ask relevant probing questions to evaluate customer needs.

• Utilize data to persuade and influence customers, providing objective guidance.

• Demonstrate active listening skills to understand both articulated and unarticulated customer needs.

• Successfully pass a background check in accordance with Alight’s employment policies.

• Participate in virtual interviews via video; adhere to a camera-on culture.

• May require occasional travel to a physical office location.
