Senior Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across departments with business leaders to deliver financial insights, establish and monitor KPIs, and foster data-driven decision-making.

• Act as the main point of contact between finance, accounting, and various business units.

• Convert financial data into actionable business strategies.

• Guide, inform, and influence stakeholders through financial expertise and strategic advice.

• Evaluate and present revenue, gross profit, and volume metrics utilizing financial models, data visualizations, and written reports.

• Direct revenue and COGS forecasts, annual planning, and long-term business strategy development.

• Manage quarterly updates to financial forecasts and ensure alignment with financial strategies.

• Create, develop, and sustain financial models for business planning, investment assessment, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Evaluate investment opportunities and steer resource allocation and operational decisions.

• Recognize financial trends and integrate data-driven insights into upcoming planning and forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or a foreign equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, account relationship management, or business development.

• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or a foreign equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master's degree.

• At least 5 years of experience applying quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master's degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in identifying and resolving complex financial issues using data-driven insights; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master's degree.

• At least 5 years of experience translating financial data into actionable recommendations; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master's degree.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master's degree.

• Must possess authorization to work from the home location in the United States; no visa sponsorship or transfers for new hires.

• Telecommuting is allowed from a home office anywhere in the United States.
