Workday Finance Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the finance data conversion processes for Workday Finance implementation and enhancement initiatives.

• Prepare, assess, transform, and validate finance master data and transactional data for loading into Workday.

• Collaborate with finance functional consultants regarding data requirements, mapping, business rules, and conversion dependencies.

• Facilitate data conversion across essential Workday Finance domains.

• Identify gaps in data, quality concerns, dependency issues, and risks associated with conversion.

• Aid the finance implementation team in developing Custom Reports utilizing tools provided by Workday.

• Review and monitor report requirements while estimating the effort needed for report creation.

• Support finance integration needs for Workday Finance projects and AMS enhancements.

• Define the integration scope, data fields, mapping logic, frequency, file format, and requirements for error handling.

• Assist with finance integrations and the migration process involving external systems.

• Participate in integration testing, file validation, issue investigation, and resolution of defects.

• Facilitate discussions on field mapping among client finance teams, technical teams, banks, vendors, and integration consultants.

• Review integration outputs to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation readiness of finance data.

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience that demonstrates alignment with the requirements of the position.

• Valid work authorization for both current and future employment in Indonesia.
