Financial Security Advisor, Life and Health Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in serving, prospecting, soliciting, and establishing as well as nurturing business relationships with members and clients.

• Market life and health insurance products and services through various distribution channels tailored to member/client needs and current strategies and practices.

• Advocate for and sell financial security products and services.

• Evaluate member/client needs and create personalized solutions.

• Ensure member/client satisfaction and uphold service quality in line with organizational standards and procedures.

• Provide support to current and potential members and clients.

• Represent the organization and assist in negotiating agreements with clients.

• Advise and sell life, health, disability, and critical illness insurance products.

• Evaluate customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and implement improvements as necessary.

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.

• Identify and analyze potential member/client files.

• Act on business opportunities and present information to partners to help members and clients achieve their financial objectives.

• Keep abreast of industry trends to discover business development opportunities and stay updated on new products and trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• College diploma in a relevant field.

• At least two years of pertinent experience.

• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.

• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
