Financial Reporting – Analysis Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis

• Create and execute HCSC’s financial reporting strategy

• Provide guidance and insights to senior management regarding financial accounting, reporting, and analysis

• Collaborate with various teams across a large organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting

• 2 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience

• Proficient in motivating, developing employees, managing performance, and recruitment

• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Proven project management experience

• Capability to collaborate with various teams across a large organization

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills

• Proven skills in project management

• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred

• Experience in insurance statutory accounting and reporting preferred

• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening as per applicable law

• Must be able to work remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
