This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist institutions in implementing various FACTS products and services.
• Reach out to institutions to follow up on agreed training schedules.
• Provide telephone support for the Onboarding phone queue and offer backup for all FACTS areas as required.
• Work collaboratively with FACTS Operations and Sales teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Confirm and/or complete the Onboarding Checklist.
• Coordinate post-configuration data exchanges between clients and their information systems.
• Ensure a seamless transition from Onboarding to other FACTS Operations teams.
• Conduct online training sessions for new institutions and new contacts at current institutions.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of documentation and training materials.
• Provide insights and analyses for process and product improvements.
• Address product-specific inquiries or direct customers to appropriate resources.
• Support the FACTS Onboarding Configuration Team with product setup and configuration.
• Oversee technical and operational aspects of NBS product onboarding.
• Supply monthly activity reports to the Team Leader.
• Maintain institution tracking in CRM and other internal systems for auditing purposes.
• An Associate degree in a related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in product service or onboarding is preferred.
• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong working knowledge of FACTS/NBS Financial and SIS products, along with applicable stand-alone products.
• Ability to quickly understand concepts and apply newly acquired product knowledge.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Capability to constructively engage in discussions about sensitive topics.
• Highly detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Outstanding customer service abilities and the capacity to instruct in computer applications and other services.
• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, web forms, and the Internet.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage stressful situations, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong initiative to accomplish tasks independently.
