Financial Messaging Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of clients

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients

• Participate in client meetings during the pre-sales phase

• Identify customer needs and objectives regarding their target SWIFT infrastructure

• Outline project scope, schedule timelines, and establish deadlines

• Assist clients with the technical configuration of their SWIFT platform

• Coordinate comprehensive end-to-end testing

• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to management

• Provide support to existing clients with Financial Messaging and SWIFT-related inquiries

• Respond to Jira tickets within the specified SLA

• Educate client personnel on utilizing SWIFT and the company platform

• Recognize opportunities for performance enhancements for assigned clients

• Travel occasionally to client sites to work alongside their teams

• Engage in brainstorming sessions focused on strategic company initiatives

• Contribute ideas for the ongoing improvement process

• Collaborate with Sales and IT teams on upcoming products and services

• Offer guidance and mentorship to new hires and colleagues from other departments

• Conduct training sessions for internal teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant industry experience

• In-depth knowledge of SWIFT connectivity solutions and related services

• Comprehensive understanding of financial messaging protocols: SwiftNet, API, Host to Host

• Strong familiarity with MT and MX (ISO20022) messages

• Solid understanding of the financial industry ecosystem

• Proficient in both English and Spanish
