Financial Controller – Temporary Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Supervise operational controlling responsibilities for six CEE affiliates and MCO nations

• Assume accountability for monthly financial closings and engage in year-end closings as part of management reporting

• Prepare and disseminate variance analyses as part of regular reporting

• Assist local management and CEE affiliates with budgeting and forecasting activities

• Continuously enhance and streamline internal processes and reporting systems within the Controlling department

• Work closely with the Accounting team, local departments, and affiliates

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in Controlling

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Controlling or Accounting, ideally in an international context

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of German is advantageous

• Excellent analytical skills and a strong numerical aptitude

• A meticulous, self-reliant, and organized work style

• High degree of reliability, motivation, and eagerness to learn
