Financial Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the establishment and enhancement of financial, production, and sales controlling.

• Overseeing liquidity management.

• Preparing and advancing financial controlling processes.

• Setting up and consistently supervising liquidity management.

• Initiating and implementing production controlling.

• Launching and instituting sales controlling.

• Collaborating with the accounting team to review monthly accounting.

• Developing plans and forecasts.

• Creating and preparing monthly internal controlling reports.

• Compiling monthly financial reports for the Management Board.

• Assisting with the Group's consolidation entries in partnership with the CFO.

• Collaborating closely with the accounting team and the Group CFO.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree, e.g., in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance/Controlling, Economics, or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in financial controlling, preferably in a similar role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting in line with German GAAP (HGB) is essential.

• Familiarity with IFRS is a plus.

• Experience in supporting consolidation entries at the Group level.

• Proficient use of controlling tools, including planning, forecasting, and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work approach.

• Expertise in LucaNet is required.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary.

• Basic English language skills, particularly in finance-related terminology.

• Excellent communication skills when interacting with the Management Board, CFO, and accounting team.
