Financial Controller Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages

• Aid in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit inquiries

• Offer administrative and ad hoc assistance to the Finance team

• Facilitate the financial close, winding down, and transition processes for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)

• Help in the preparation, calculation, and reconciliation of tax credit claims

• Prepare and assess development reporting and analyze development expenditures

• Conduct production finance analysis

• Compile financial data for project greenlight approvals

• Gather and evaluate production budget information for benchmarking and informed decision-making

• Work collaboratively with finance, production, and business stakeholders to provide financial data and analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English

• Prior experience in audit or controlling, preferably within the industry

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Good proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

• Capable of working independently

• Enthusiastic about films and television shows
