This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee data management to aid and shape decisions related to daily operations, strategic planning, and business performance challenges.

• Gather, model, interpret, and analyze both clinical and financial data.

• Detect, clarify, and influence variances and trends.

• Improve forecasting accuracy by refining modeling techniques.

• Articulate variances and trends within clinical and financial data.

• Make informed decisions regarding work methods with minimal supervision.

• Adhere to established protocols and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• More than 1 year of experience in SQL and Python.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

• Proven experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify, clarify, and influence variances and trends.

• Background in explaining variances and trends and enhancing modeling methodologies.

• Experience managing data to support and influence decisions related to daily operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance challenges.

• A strong desire to contribute to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Must satisfy work-from-home internet standards: a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Must maintain a dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard PHI/HIPAA information.
