
Financial Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization to collect, analyze, and consolidate budgets.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive budget models and variance reports utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Contribute to the 5-year forecast aimed at evaluating our credit position.
• Examine historical data and market trends to assist in long-term planning efforts.
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators to inform business strategy.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and scaling of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Create, construct, and manage automated, dynamic financial reporting packages and statements.
• Generate detailed reports on performance, trends, and analytical insights.
• Perform variance analyses to clarify discrepancies between actual results and budgeted figures.
• Review the earned report for precision and identify any irregularities, fluctuations, and trends in reported revenue.
• Ensure acquisition revenue coded as miscellaneous income is accurately recorded.
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and compliance with internal controls and finance procedures.
• Adhere to accounting regulations, internal controls, and finance policies to guarantee compliance.
• Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect to automate manual spreadsheet processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Apply best practices in budgeting, forecasting, and automated reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• Proven hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with working in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and a working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as with team members in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with US and offshore clients.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and a sense of humor!
