Financial Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist Latin American markets by conducting daily intercompany reconciliations.

• Ensure the smooth functioning of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Negotiate and coordinate with Nestlé’s regional LATAM Finance team.

• Oversee and manage COMEX and Intermarket Supply processes.

• Collaborate with Business Partners to align on requirements and address discrepancies.

• Follow up with stakeholders, offering assistance to the involved areas.

• Prepare and evaluate financial reports, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.

• Lead operational meetings aimed at executing continuous improvements.

• Monitor and assess KPIs, suggesting corrective measures.

• Prepare moderately complex account reconciliations.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives related to intercompany processes.

• Update operating routines and procedures to align with legal and process changes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges concerning Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.

• Report to the R2R Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Foreign Trade (COMEX), Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a similar field.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (mandatory).

• Experience in Accounting, Foreign Trade (COMEX), Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

• Experience with Latin American (LATAM) markets is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish at an intermediate to advanced level is preferred.
