This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare reports and presentations at the executive level for ministries and departments.
• Analyze and communicate monthly financial outcomes throughout the ministry.
• Provide actionable insights, clarify performance drivers, and suggest enhancements.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial reporting and associated data.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and mid-year forecasts for designated business functions.
• Act as the primary finance business partner to assigned departmental leaders.
• Offer financial insights and decision-making support while fostering financial stewardship and accountability.
• Collaborate with the Financial Systems Team on Adaptive Planning and Office Connect reporting, including validation, testing, and process improvements.
• Research economic trends and incorporate findings into financial planning and projects.
• Consult with ministry users to create, publish, and enhance reporting solutions.
• Conduct financial analysis projects and develop what-if financial models.
• Assess capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rates of return, operating records, and financial statements.
• May mentor financial analysts and related staff on technical finance matters.
• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Consistently demonstrate a witness for Jesus Christ and exhibit a Christ-like attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of relevant finance experience in a corporate setting.
• Proficient in preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Experience as a financial business partner through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
• Capable of coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders while effectively managing competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of planning and reporting systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning and Office Connect is preferred.
