Financial Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance visibility into financial performance and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Execute month-end expense closing procedures adhering to accounting principles and financial concepts.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of expense reporting.

• Generate timely and precise financial reporting review packages, which include KPI reports, monthly variance-analysis presentations, board reports, quarterly product reviews, and budgeting materials.

• Revise monthly spending forecasts in collaboration with business partners.

• Evaluate risks and opportunities while providing actionable recommendations.

• Assist in annual budgeting and ongoing financial planning processes.

• Maintain and enhance process documentation and reporting tools.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Familiarity with forecasting and budgeting tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities effectively.

• Capability to make decisions under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently as well as within various teams.
