Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and present essential metrics to all levels of management, encompassing throughput and production analytics, as well as core/materials cost and quality reporting.

• Generate reporting and analytics for customers and suppliers, which includes the creation of pricing models.

• Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams to facilitate integration and synergy reporting.

• Oversee Operations financial reporting, along with budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Assist in the month-end management reporting processes and related deliverables.

• Prepare the annual budget in collaboration with various departments.

• Aid in monthly and weekly reporting and forecasting activities.

• Monitor and report on the status of the capital expenditure program and asset utilization metrics.

• Lead special reporting and analytics projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance with a focus on financial analysis, ideally within a manufacturing environment; Operational Finance experience is a plus.

• CPA and/or MBA qualifications are advantageous.

• Proficient in PC applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and other Data Warehousing tools.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Capable of transforming detailed financial analysis into concise summaries with insightful commentary.
