Financial Advisor – Personal Financial Planning, Career Change with IHK Certification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on training related to financial products, advisory methods, and sales procedures.

• Prepare for the IHK examinations in accordance with Sections 34d, 34i, or 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).

• Participate in ongoing feedback sessions and benefit from personal coaching.

• Observe or lead preliminary customer consultations under supervision.

• Evaluate clients’ financial circumstances.

• Create customized strategies for retirement planning, insurance, and wealth accumulation.

• Cultivate and grow your own client base through marketing initiatives and proactive outreach.

• Independently schedule consultation appointments and manage working hours.

• Offer advice in the office, from home, or at clients’ locations.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through specialized training, seminars, and digital learning platforms.
