This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with members while establishing trust.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to meet member needs.
• Achieve and surpass daily sales goals through relationship building, open-ended inquiries, and identifying member requirements.
• Meet and exceed business development objectives through incoming member interactions.
• Generate proactive loan volumes, deposit growth, new memberships, and chequing account opportunities.
• Respond to member questions and deliver outstanding service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, and video communications.
• Ensure a consistently excellent member experience while following established standards and guidelines.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, aligning members with appropriate products and services.
• Assist members with technical questions and requests related to online and mobile banking.
• Engage in individual, Contact Centre, and corporate campaigns while adhering to call quality standards.
• Report directly to the Team Lead.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience with measurable targets.
• Ideally, experience in customer service or retail banking.
• High school diploma required.
• Candidates must currently reside in Alberta.
• Flexible availability with commitments to day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for scheduled hours between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Strong sales techniques are essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Capability to close sales effectively.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to assist with technical inquiries related to online and mobile banking.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check, reference check, and credit check to qualify for employment.
