This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Fully manage payroll processing for entities in the UK and US, including Employer-of-Record (EOR) relationships utilized in the US, UK, and Western Europe for non-core staffing.

• Execute payroll journals on Payfit and oversee the Rippling integration to guarantee seamless synchronization.

• Process employee expenses for UK and US staff in NetSuite for reimbursement through payroll.

• Handle benefit invoices and coordinate payments for benefits, statutory deductions, and taxes.

• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts associated with payroll.

• Calculate quarterly VAT obligations.

• Compute Group VC accruals.

• Enhance financial systems.

• Undertake special project tasks as directed by the Group Financial Controller.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in HR, Delivery Operations, Sales, and other departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in multi-currency bookkeeping and accounting for statutory entities in the US and UK.

• Working knowledge of how Employer-of-Record (EoR) relationships function regarding payroll, commission plans, and benefits.

• Familiarity with the NetSuite General Ledger system.

• Self-motivated individual capable of performing routine tasks for efficient payroll and accounting operations while also adopting a principles-based approach to address non-routine issues and challenges as they arise.

• Confident in engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including Directors and Officers of legal entities, senior management, and other remote staff across different time zones.
